A single Yummy Dogs Cart set up can produce 250-300 quality sausages per hour. Need more? - No problem. We can produce more than a thousand hot dogs in under two hours – each one consistently hot and delicious.

We also offer our tantalising range of relish, hot pepper, pickle and salsa products wholesale under the brand ‘Relish48’ nationwide. This means restaurants, food trucks, sandwich bars, caterers and other food outlets across Australia can offer their customers authentic relishes and toppings on everything from sandwiches to roast meats.

Olaf, our founder and director, knows a thing or two about dogs. In fact, he’s been serving the ultimate hot dog sensation to clients across Sydney since 2009.

Born and raised in Germany, chef-trained Olaf understands the importance of serving a hot and perfect dog. In Olaf’s own words:

“It was quite a challenge to set up a catering business in Sydney purely offering hot dogs. Back in 2009, the hot dog had quite a bad reputation in Australia. Sausages were the bland, red-skinned varieties you found at the local supermarket, while toppings were hugely predictable – tomato sauce, mustard or barbecue sauce if you were lucky! - It was a snack to gobble down at a sporting match, not a treat to serve at a function to impress guests.”

Challenges and changes

“It took a lot of hard work to educate customers about the power of a real, original hot dog made with quality ingredients. But, with an eye-catching hot dog cart, customer-focused service, authentic condiments, relishes and top-notch ingredients, it wasn’t long before people were convinced.”
